<![CDATA[[Solved] Youtube has a white fade overlay on the videos]]>I just got opera. when i went to watch a youtube video there is a white fade from the bottom of the video. i checked my other browsers to double check, and its just opera. is there a reason or setting to remove this?

@bigbro Hello! I use to have this problem as well, and this is due to the automatic dark mode feature GX has. To get rid of this issue, right click on your screen (inside YouTube) and click "Disable force dark page." Hopefully this helps!

If you go to to flags using opera://flags then click on the drop down box next to "Auto dark mode for Web-Contents" and select "Enabled with selective inversion of non-image elements" then follow the prompt to relaunch you should find everything cleared up.
