<![CDATA[Shockwave plug in problems]]>I get this box telling me that Shockwave is slowing down my pc multiple times a day. Today even after I clicked on stop plug in, the box kept popping up. Is there a fix for this?

and download that one (don't use IE or you won't get the right version).
