<![CDATA[Video streaming slow or stuck]]>On my new Windows 10 Chuwi Hi10 X video streaming is often unusable. At first there was major display distortion like a multicoloured agitated curtain, which stopped after disabling Hardware Acceleration. What has not stopped is what I think is very severe Buffering, ranging from the video not playing at all, being stuck on the first frame, or only showing a few frames before it stops.

I have recently upgraded my internet Broadband service and get a download speed around 40 mbps. RAM usage seems OK, around 50%. Suggestion would be welcome.
