new add-ons for Opera?

Hi,
I'm a new user to Opera and I like it very much! But I wander if it is possible to add a link to notepad to add-ons in Opera. There is an option in Explorer to open notepad, when I want to change something in the htmlcode of my own website. I love to do the same with Opera. Would it possible to do this?
