Opere Browser isn't responding to my website?

Opera browser show errors while I want open my website. I don't know what the issue is.

Hello,
Can you share what error are you getting on opening your website?
Please share the screen shot too so that we can assist you properly.
Also, clear catch and disable your extensions and try again.

Personally, I got a 404 page. Most often that would mean the server is sending different pages based on the user agent, and doesn't have a page for Opera (you should configure it to just send the Chromium version to unknown browsers.)
