My Opera 63 have trouble to upgeade.
2 questions

  1. do I have t neutralize vpn in order to upgrade?
  2. more important: will newer version keep my settings especialy my bookmark toolbar?

upgrade was done by downloading a new version and not from help->about where it failed

Your data should be kept but since you missed a lot of versions and, probably, a lot of changes, there is a risk that your data may not be kept. Do a backup before the update.
