It isn't limited to Opera and you can use it within the breadth of ANY Windows program, including a movie, email program etc. Using the PrtScrn button, you can outline any image on the screen, and save it in a format YOU choose, to a directory of YOUR choice...rather than limited to the PNG image format and the directory Snapshot has chosen for you.

I tested the Snapshot feature on https://arstechnica.com/. I tried it multiple times where I selected a different part of the page and a different size each time. When saving the snapshot to a png file and loading the png file, it comes out as expected. I didn't see anything wrong. Pics from the webpage that are in the pic look fine and the whole pic itself looks fine.

The only issue I see is that the "capture full screen" button just captures what's in the viewport instead of the whole page. But, resizing the selection box to the full page still works for that.

This program - after installing - allows you to do the same things as Snapshot (hit PrintScreen) except it works perfectly. When installed you can also take snapshots outside of your browser. Also, it remembers the folder you want to save it to...and can copy and paste.
