<![CDATA[Fixed bottom bars of some websites move while scrolling]]>Since Opera 61 I have noticed that the bottom bar of Twitter moves strangely up and down when scrolling.

Something similar happens with the bottom bar of Instagram web.

I use Opera in tablet mode.
