<![CDATA[Themes and skins]]>i am on android 2.3.6.Like many browsers(uc browser,one browser) today, opera doesnt have an option to apply and download new themes and skins.Plz do something.

Well, i really think that in this case, there should be a "built in" feature to make life easier. Under skins and themes i allways think about useless eyecandy, sparkling ponies and animated bulls#t.
