Adding [*.]<a href="http://youtube.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">youtube.com</a> (for example) to the click-to-play exceptions, seems to have no effect.  Have tried restarting browser &amp; clearing cache.  Click-to-play seems to be an all-or-nothing proposition for me.</p>

I don't know how that got turned on, since I don't ever use it.  Seems to fix the issue.</p>
