<![CDATA[click-to-play exceptions don't work (opera 23)]]>Like the title says... Adding [*.]youtube.com (for example) to the click-to-play exceptions, seems to have no effect. Have tried restarting browser & clearing cache. Click-to-play seems to be an all-or-nothing proposition for me.

I don't know how that got turned on, since I don't ever use it. Seems to fix the issue.
