I do not use a proxy!. This mentioned problem is only by one Website.
I think the problem is by the website! I checked the same website with an other PC and the result is the same (website appears immediately and disappears right away, so website blank)

Other point:
I found by setting "certificate".
I was surprised, because the certificate finished on the 5.11.2020!
This certificate can be deleted?
I need a new certificate? Where can I find a new certificate?

“about:blank” is a blank page built into your web browser displayed when there's nothing else to show. It's not malware, but can result from malware being removed. “about:blank#blocked” is sometimes displayed as the result of security software blocking access to something.
