Prime Video: no HD

Hi there,
I'm unable to watch Prime Video in HD with my PC. I'm using Opera 72.0.3815.207 on Windows 7 x64. The video is played in SD, and there's no HD option on the left bottom of the screen. On the upper right, quality setting is on the maximum quality. I think this may be a bug because Opera is simply ignoring the HD stream. I tried with Microsoft Edge and there is no problem at all... The video is correctly displayed in 1080p. What can I do? Thanks!

Bumping.
Recently getting an error message from Amazon when starting a video to the effect of "your browser does not support high definition playback due to your browsers restrictions".
Browser is up-to-date at the time of this posting: LVL 2 (core: 75.0.3969.259
Graphics card, as well as, Win10 are both completely up-to-date.
Also, turned off "force dark pages" as this was causing video frame rate drops to stuttering.

With the latter at least, Opera passes h.264, aac, and DRM tests, and masking as Chrome doesn't help. My guess is that it's an HDCP issue with the Windows Media Foundation. Video is supported and plays. HD just isn't available. And, everything works in Chrome with its full ffmpeg support.
