I waited 5 minutes because the system was slow, but the video was not output. but when I try it on microsoft edge when I click on the section, the video comes up and I can watch it. Not sure if it will help but you can try disabling the antivirus for a while to see if it makes any difference.

If you are using any extensions, try with them disabled.
