Scroll down on some sites impossible

Hey Opera Team, I using Opera last version on W10 64bit.
Now on some sides, example: https://www.welt.de, is scrolling down not possible, but why?
I see no scoll bar, and the mouse wheel do also not react.
the site works fine in Chrome and Edge, but not in Opera.....
