Yesterday there was a problem with updating Opera. The update is downloading but not installing, what should I do? After clicking on "Restart", the opera restarts with the old version and offers to restart again

So, run it again to have the issue fixed and get the new update if there is one.

Now, set the install path to your current install and choose "upgrade."
Or, uninstall Opera and choose not to delete your data. Then, reinstall.

Then, you can just download and run the installer when you want to upgrade.
