I don't see a way to verify that.  Hoping somebody knows.</p>

So I guess the answer is they are active in Private window and are going to stay active.  That's getting a bit intrusive in my book and I hope O comes to their senses on this.</p>

You can deactivate it though (uncheck it) and if we can trust Opera that means it's deactivated in Incognito mode.</p>
