Possible safety issue with Opera Mini 7.5.33361

Hi there,
After a trip to China I have a Chinese IP address using Opera Mini even though I am back in Europe now. Therefore, I am not able to access web pages which are blocked in China. Issue effects only Opera Mini and no other browser. Deleting cookies did not fix the issue. Is this a possible safety issue? It actually leaves me really concerned!

Delete opera mini and install from m.opera.com
