Disable HTML5 Autoplay now gone with no substitute

After using the Disable HTML5 Autoplay extension for several years, it is now gone. As I discovered on doing a clean system re-install and attempting to find the extension.
Without it, CNN and other sites now automatically play HTML5 news, which comes blaring out inconveniently during meetings or other times when I am simply attempting to find subjects for group discussion, or working on a tablet in bed at night.
Research tells me that not only is there no equivalent broad-site HTML5 blocker, but that Google wants to keep it that way in Chrome and Chromium, and is fighting any extensions and settings.
So I find myself having to migrate all my news bookmarks back to Firefox, which has a setting to block autoplay for all sites, and return to Firefox being my default browser.
Opera needs to restore the ability to block HTML5 autoplay.

Hi,
You can download "Install Chrome Extensions" extension to your Opera, and then go to: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions and add "Disable HTML5 Autoplay
It works
