I tried this to pull in my settings from my old computer as I upgrade; it helps somewhat but is horribly manual. There is no import that I can find just the page. Perhaps you can help a non expert?

opera://sync-internals/About/Local State says this:
"Last Synced	0 hours, 2 minutes ago
Sync First-Time Setup Complete	true
Sync Cycle Ongoing	false
Local Sync Backend Enabled	false"

To me this means that the last sync was 2 minutes ago, but "Sync Cycle Ongoing false".

What does this mean?

opera://sync-internals/Search/Unsynced produces zero results.

Does this mean that nothing was left unsynced?

If so this is not correct because my test bookmark and my speed dials have not been synced.
