Yesterday I upgraded to the latest version -- 71.0.3770.171 -- and the bookmarking functions stopped working: the "heart" at the upper right-hand corner is shaded in grey, and I cannot use it to add new pages to my Bookmakrs. Any ideas how to resolve this problem?
