Opera is forcing dark theme even when it is not enabled.:

It was simply the page my friend sent me and it mirrored the issue, but was solely a problem with that website. I even went to opera://flags/#enable-force-dark and it's disabled, but pages are coming up dark when they didn't when it was supposed to be fixed. Seemed the problem returned.

You can disable forced dark mode like here (it's solves problem like on your screenshot)
But I can't find anywhere option to disable it completly, because dark mode is still remains even after step above, it's just not broken

since the last update I have problems with the dark mode, if this is related to dark mode, which is really annoying. So I would like to disable this at all...

In this thread, we wrote about this "solution" a week ago. Only this is not a solution. It's a crutch.
We are still waiting for a patch from the developers.

But could be a bug on memory management too because when I see that error is when I stay with many tabs opened for a long time. But could be related to GPU acceleration too...

Anyway its a priority bug for Opera Team to fix, no doubt.
