I believe that they might all be related.</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p dir="auto">The only way that I can install Opera is to download the file, then find the file in Explorer and "Run as Administrator."</p>
</li>
<li>
<p dir="auto">Once installed I want to go to Settings. I click on the three-line icon and nothing happens. Settings do not open.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p dir="auto">If I enter a URL to open, such as "opera,com," or any other URL, nothing happens.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p dir="auto">Please help me</p>
