<![CDATA[[Solved]Can't get settings to open]]>I actually have three issues. I believe that they might all be related.

  • The only way that I can install Opera is to download the file, then find the file in Explorer and "Run as Administrator."

  • Once installed I want to go to Settings. I click on the three-line icon and nothing happens. Settings do not open.

  • If I enter a URL to open, such as "opera,com," or any other URL, nothing happens.

Please help me

I guess it would be called the settings icon. I did get everything to work. Thanks for answering me.
