unit converter doesn't support mixed units. For example: 5' 9'' should be converted to 175.26cm. But currently, opera can only convert 5' to 1.52m or 9'' to 22.86cm. When 5' 9'' as a whole is selected, opera converts only the 5' part to 1.52m and ignores the 9'' part.
