<![CDATA[Broken interaction with HID devices in Opera]]>Hi,

Opera browser doesn't display dialog boxes correctly when interacting with HID devices. More specifically I try to use Ledger hardware wallet on cosmostation web wallet (https://wallet.cosmostation.io) but dialog box asking for connection with Ledger is not complete, missing Connect/Cancel buttons. There're also issues with Metamask when Windows security dialog box doesn't pop up during transaction confirmation. Other chromium browser don't have such problems.

I tried here, I also tried report an issue from within the browser and there's no reaction even though it's already quite long time and I the problem had to exist much earlier.
Please fix it. I have to use different browser every time I need to interact with such things.
