Does anybody know, how to bring the regular "back buttom" back to the main navigation bar?

This problem showing that your phone may be slow or need to update the application.
If you one or more application facing the same problems then must be your phone slow then free some memory.
If your phone does not slow then need to update the application then it smoothly works.
One more suggestion you can reset the default settings of your application.
