This problem showing that your phone may be slow or need to update the application.<br />
If you one or more application facing the same problems then must be your phone slow then free some memory.<br />
If your phone does not slow then need to update the application then it smoothly works.<br />
One more suggestion you can reset the default settings of your application.<br />
