<p dir="auto">Now, the problem with this website is that Opera (and with Firefox, not with Chrome) ask "Run Flash" and then after aswering ok the quality of the video is bad, but if I deactivate Flash on this page, no video plays<br />
With Chrome the video is very good (by default seems not to use Flash)</p>

It's sending only the Flash based version of the video player to Opera (and Firefox as it seems).</p>
<p dir="auto">Try disabling Flash at all on settings. Even better, try uninstalling it if don't still need it.</p>
