How do I disable this dropdown suggestion box or block it on certain sites?

My new online homework system remembers every answer I put in this box and I don't want that and it's annoying to delete it each time so is there a way to block this from happening?

If it is the site, clearing cookies and/or site storage might help. Of course clearing cookies will force you to login again.
