I am checking out Opera mail on my pc but can't seem to get it to send emails. What are the email settings to use Opera mail with? Thanks!

It is just an email forwarding service and does not provide email accounts for setting up Opera mail.

Grouplist is, as far as I know, a service to create mailing lists. I don't know if you can create/manage those lists using a email client. Better check in their help page.

I am using email with grouplist.io which is like an email forward and no email setting relates to it.
