I deleted Windows Navigation Start.wav from my computer using the following method (<a href="http://helpdeskgeek.com/windows-7/windows-7-how-to-delete-files-protected-by-trustedinstaller/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">link</a>), but apparently the <em>the webpage itself</em> is using the Windows Navigation Start sound.</p>
<p dir="auto">Also, how are sounds disabled in non-Chromium Opera?</p>
