<p dir="auto">you can try using the Tab Auto Refresh addon. It will allow you to reload your chosen tabs automatically. Another option is the Super Auto Refresh addon. On both of the pages you can set an interval of time so that the page knows when it should be refreshed. You can easily pause the refreshment if you want to. My last suggestion is the Tab Reloader. It also works individually for every page of your choice. You can also decide if you want the page to be reloading if the tab is active or not.</p>
