<![CDATA[Can I export my settings and/or can I set settings outside of Opera?]]>Can I export my settings for Opera?
Something I would like to export: remove tab cycling or recent order, wallpaper on startup and a few other settings.
I couldn't see any option on Opera.

Also... can I make setting changes from outside of Opera?
Like set wallpaper and all other setting options?
I'm guessing (hoping) it's all stored in an XML settings file somewhere and should there be super easy?
