I need to install a blacklisted extension, from Chrome Web Store, Panic Button. I found a workaround (C:\Users[Username]\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable\Preferences), but, it doesn't apply to this extension. Is there a solution to any blocked extension? Why Opera block some of them? Panic button is harmless.
