<p dir="auto">Thank you for the correction. I also thought the name was Neater Bookmarks, but, when I searched, Neat Bookmarks came our first, so I thought I was wrong. I don't use any of these, anyway.</p>
<p dir="auto">Sorry for the wrong info.</p>

Not optimal, but it works.</p>
<p dir="auto">One way is to add a new Speed Dial entry pointed to opera://bookmarks and then drag it up to the Bookmarks Bar.</p>

<p dir="auto">You can simply install an extension from the Chrome Web Store like <a href="https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tidy-bookmarks/bennikkpnelmfdiijpdclfincmnoabae" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">Tidy Bookmarks</a> or <a href="https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/neat-bookmarks/nnancliccjabjjmipbpjkfbijifaainp?hl=pt-PT" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">Neat Bookmarks</a>. Of course, you'll need to install this <a href="https://addons.opera.com/pt/extensions/details/download-chrome-extension-9/?display=en" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">Opera Addon</a> first, so that you can install Chrome extensions on Opera.</p>
<p dir="auto">That's the best solution at the moment, but unfortunately it's not possible to open bookmarks in another tab, afaik. But I don't know what the future will bring.</p>
<p dir="auto">Regards</p>
