Would not start after PC re-boot. MS Anti virus tool run - OK. Went to opera to get a better (working?) version. Its Ver 18, this will only run if I right click and run as administrator. If task bar icon clicked, Opera runs for about 2 seconds then disappears.<br />

Did you install Opera 18 as a "portable" (aka USB) install?</p>
