<![CDATA[Open files instead of downloading them?]]>Every Browser in every version had the possibility to "open" a file instead of downloading them. What means that it were just downloaded into a temp folder and is opened then.

Opera 23 only provides download. It doesn't ask me if I want to open or download a file it just opens a download dialogue.

Is there a way to fix this?
