On Firefox such option works as intended, is there any way to do it on Opera too?</p>

I should have paid more attention at the start. <img src="https://forums.opera.com/assets/plugins/nodebb-plugin-emoji/emoji/emoji-one/1f61b.png?v=as0c4tkadao" class="not-responsive emoji emoji-emoji-one emoji--face_with_tongue" title=":P" alt="😛" /></p>

Don't write White list manually. use padlock icon or lock icon to add URLs to white list. click on it and and choose "Cookies" from drop menu. go to "Blocked" tab and choose your site and click "Allow".<br />
some sites have more URLs like "<a href="http://www.URL.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">www.URL.com</a>", "<a href="http://URL.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">URL.com</a>", "<a href="https://URL.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">https://URL.com</a>". you must Allow all to keep cookies.</p>
