<![CDATA[[Solved]How is a 10+ year old account considered new?]]>Why do I get " As a new user, you can only post once every 120 second(s) until you have earned 3 reputation - please wait before posting again " not sure how being on the site for over 10 years is called being a new user?

Unfortunately, nothing older is counted. Of course moderators are immune, but I had the same thing on another forum after they switched to this software.
