<![CDATA[Opera download speed very slow]]>I already use Opera for a while and sometimes, the download speed is normal (12Mb/s, like in Chrome) but almost every time I try to download something, my download speed is 400 kb/s...
I've already seen a lot of topics and it always say about Opera Turbo, VPN and AdBlock. All 3 are disabled but the download speed are still slow

Those file share sites are not good examples becaused they may limit the download speed.

If you go, for example, to Opera's site and dowmload Opera offline installer, how is the speed?

Try disabling extensions and also antivirus and/or any security software that you may be using.
