Sorry i miswrote my hint for importing passwords. Please forgive my fault. 😉

This works fine with importing password on my Windows 7 (just testet minutes before) in DOS box:

"%PROGRAMFILES(x86)%\Opera\launcher" --presto-small-prefs-dir="%APPDATA%\Opera\Opera"

@perk-one Synchronize doesn't work? Does someone try this or you just guess it? I do not have master password on Opera 12.

No. Opera Link is broken.

Save your old Opera Profile and install Opera 23, all settrings should be copied. Dont hit me if i does not work, blame Opera ASA for this procedure.

By "Next", perk-one (like lots of people) probably meant Chromium-based Opera, not beta channel 😉

Start Opera Next with the follwoing commandline in DOS-Box (i hope this works)
"%PROGRAMDIR%\Opera Next\launcher" --presto-master-password=YourMaSterP4ss --presto-small-prefs-dir="%APPDATA%\Opera\Opera"
If you had no Masterpassword you can ommit --presto-master-password=YourMaSterP4ss
