Speed dial quick add disappear

Hello people.
Yesterday i was sitting in the Internet and i noticed that Speed dial quick add icon disappeared. Is that new "deleting useful feature update" or what?
If someone not understanding what i'am talking about, here is the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/467alk
"A" kinda icon was at place "B", but icon "A" is opening Speed dial and icon "B" was adding currently open page to Speed dial.So is it possible to bring it back or should i say "goodbye useful feature" like it was with tab stacking?

Whoever thought that was a good idea, if I cannot change this back I will drop support for this browser.
