Then, Opera will ask you each time where to download. It'll remember the last used folder, but since it's a Windows Explorer save dialog that pops up, you can easily switch to any other folder you want (including your downloads folder) or even create a new folder.</p>
<p dir="auto">That should be close to what you want except some of the functionality is in the Windows save dialog instead of something custom in Opera.</p>
