How do I transfer my bookmarks, passwords, url inks from Opera on another computer to my new computer?

Sync would be easiest, though some people report issues with it. Otherwise you'd need to actually export your passwords - the file is encrypted so that it can only be read on the original computer, exporting them is the only way the other computer could read them. (Bookmarks are not encrypted so you could copy that file.)
