Try right-clicking the title bar, or going to the window manager options in your OS's settings app. If you're using Windows or something then maybe you can't do it, but I've been doing it for decades under Mint, Debian and BSD. Store that works, and works well. I would gladly purchase this extension for $5 or even $10 if I could "pin on top" a window, and set % transparency. This would allow me to play a video in transparent mode while I work, and I could pin another window dedicated to taking notes or entering data as I'm reading. This is ultimately what I'm looking for, and this extension is the only thing in the Opera Store that's similar, simple, and doesn't require that I turn off important blockers/filters/security extensions. Great work, thank you!</p>
