I'd like to block the Opera browser to access the internet, allowing the browser to access only my local http server. I've defined a outbound rule for Opera in Windows Firewall but it doesn't work - i can still access the web. It's strange because when i define the same rule for FireFox it work. What can be the cause the Firewall cant's block the Opera?
