I am trying to export all my data that I have on Opera (passwords, bookmarks, simply every data) to Microsoft Edge. But I couldn't see a tab for it neither on Edge nor Opera. Is there something I can do to export everything from Opera? Thanks.

I've been using opera for years and it has always been the best browser for me, but recently it has been heavy on my computer, even though I have already formatted it. I'm testing the edge. anyway, you were awesome, thank you very much.

You can then close down both browsers, delete all off Edge's profile files and folders and replace them with Opera's to see what happens. You might get luck where Edge accepts just about everything. Test with a copy of your Opera profile just in case Edge ruins it. If it doesn't work out, just delete Edge's profile folder so you can start with a fresh one.

No guarantees that will work. Edge is Chromium-based like Opera, but Edge could do some things differently enough to make the profiles incompatible.

Then, you should be able to import the file into Edge (the new Chromium-based Edge at least) via the 3 dots on the
edge://bookmarks
page.

For passwords, goto the URL
opera://settings/passwords
and click the 3 vertical dots to the right of "saved passwords" and export your passwords to a csv file. Then, you can import those passwords into Chrome using those same 3 dots if you goto the URL
chrome://flags/#PasswordImport
, enable the flag and restart Chrome first. Once the passwords are in Chrome, in Edge (Chromium-based Edge), you can goto the URL
edge://settings/importData
and choose to just import passwords from Chrome. Then, you can uninstall Chrome. You have to do things that way or find some tool as Edge has the regular password importing/exporting csv function disabled/blocked for some reason.
