Too much crap that you cannot disable or remove, too often settings change when an update occurs.

The extension doesn't even appear in there at all.
Almost seems like a virus tbh

  1. Click on the red "O" at the top left corner
  2. Click extensions> extensions
  3. On Amazon Assistant click disable
  4. Click the "X" in the top right of the Amazon Ass box
  5. Click remove

All you can do is click "Not now" when it pops up when you're on the Amazon page so that it doesn't bug you for a while.

You can also goto the URL opera://settings/startPage and disable "Show continue shopping" if you don't like that on the start page.
