<![CDATA[How turn on the function (Preserve file modification times) of saved files?]]>I downloaded portable version of Opera - OperaPortable_68.0.3618.104.paf.exe
from https://portableapps.com/apps/internet/opera_portable
via:

  1. Firefox v25 (2012) with option "Preserve file modification times when possible".
  2. Firefox v56 (2018). There is not the option.
  3. Opera v68 (2020). There is not the option.

There is difference of modification time between Opera and Firefox.
Nobody did not modificate the file from 2020-05-13 on https://portableapps.com/apps/internet/opera_portable
Why Opera don't preserve modification time of saved files?
How turn on the function?
My current system is Windows7-64 on notebook (2012) i5-HM65-16Gb Geforce-GT540M-1Gb hdd-1Tb.
