History date don't show a correct day/date

Hello, I have a problem. When I go to history, it shows me the dates like as the day before. I checked other forums and they said it could be related to UTC (GTM) but its ok on my system. Any suggestion?

The theory was that the day that is shown is relative to UTC, so for example if you were in the US Eastern time zone sites you visited between 7 PM and Midnight will be showing the wrong date. (or really, 8 PM and Midnight as we are currently on Daylight Savings Time)
