Download the offline installer from <a href="https://www.opera.com/download" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">https://www.opera.com/download</a> and close Opera. Then, uninstall Opera (but don't choose to delete your data). Then, delete the install folder if it's still there. Then, launch the offline installer you downloaded, click "options", adjust the installer settings, and install.</p>
