Here:

Try to update the engine from the Browser (sometimes doesn't work)

• chrome://components

If not, you can try installing an Opera StandAlone version and test there.

If works, copy the WiDevine from USB folder to your current Installation.

Depending on the result, check:

• Active Experiments
• Extensions
• Site Data
• Clean Cache

Or fill in a Bug Report and please, add the ID to the topic for follow up.

If a new Profile is needed:

• You could try pasting some files to the new one from the old one - look at the Signature, Backup | Reset -.
• Paste old files could cause to repeat the same problem.

Once working again, do weekly back ups.
